dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou monitoringu zaměstnanců, ze strany zaměstnavatele. Práce je založena na empirickém šetření, které z počátku probíhalo metodou snowball a následný výzkum se rozvíjel skrze polostrukturované a nestrukturované rozhovory. Základem práce bylo nalézt zaměstnance, kteří proti monitoringu na pracovišti bojují a jaké prostředky k tomu využívají či nevyužívají, aby nepodléhaly kontrole ze strany svého zaměstnavatele. Součástí výzkumu se samozřejmě stali i zaměstnanci, kteří si jsou monitoringu vědomi, ale jsou ochotni ho akceptovat v plném nebo částečném rozsahu. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda systém kontroly utváří v pracovním prostředí totální instituci a kde je lidmi umistěna hranici mezi zájmy jednotlivce a firmy.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	My master's thesis is written on the subject of monitoring of employees by their employer. Thesis is based upon empirical research that was initiated with the snowball method, continued further to firstly half-structured and then followed by unstructured interviews. The very first what needed to be done had been finding suitable employees that actually struggle, dare to say even fight against the work-place monitoring and the goal was to find out what measures do they use or do not use to avoid or even completely minimalize the supervision of them by their employer. Naturally, those employees that are very well aware of the monitoring, but rather cope, put up with or even those who accept it in full scale, are part of the research. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the controlling system creates the state of total institution where people put the fine line between the privacy of one and interests of the company.	eng
