dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postoje studentů k ošetřovatelské profesi. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část zahrnuje charakteristiku ošetřovatelství a ošetřovatelství založené na důkazech, popisuje současné vzdělávání v ošetřovatelství a informace o praxi při studiu, definuje kompetence zdravotní sestry, charakterizuje skladbu ošetřovací jednotky, zaměřuje se na role a postoje všeobecných sester a motivaci ve zdravotnictví. Praktická část se věnuje analýze a interpretaci získaných dat z dotazníkového šetření za pomoci dotazníku Nursing Attitude Questionnaire - NAQ-CZ.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focused on students' attitudes towards the nursing profession. It consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes characteristics of nursing and evidence-based nursing, describes current nursing education and information on practice in nursing education, defines the competencies of the nursing profession, characterizes the composition of the nursing unit, focusing on roles, and attitudes of generalist nurses and motivation in nursing.
