dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o postavení mužů a žen ve společnosti a v pracovněprávních vztazích. Stručně popisuje problematiku gender, jak ve světě, tak i v České republice včetně postavení žen v ekonomicky nerozvinutých zemích. Poukazuje na vznik samotného genderu a předcházející feministické vlny s ním úzce spjaté. Praktická část probíhá formou zúčastněného pozorování na pracovišti, kde je porovnáváno postavení mužů a žen včetně jejich funkcí.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with the position of men and women in society and in labour-law relations. The theme describes briefly the issue of gender both in the world and in the Czech Republic including the position of women in economically undeveloped countries. The work point out the geneses of the gender issue and preceding feminist waves firmly anchored with it. A practical part of the work is running in the form of participating observation at a workplace where the position of men and women including their posts is an object of comparing.	eng
