| dc.description.abstract | Prevalence poškození periferních nervů provázející fraktury pánve a acetabula je udávána 5 -25%.Nejčastěji se vyskytuje léze motorických nervů u fractur zadní stěny acetabula.Výsledky regenerace jsou horší u iatrogenních poškození nervových struktur.Účelem studie je dokumentovat funkční efekt transferu svalů při obnovení hybnosti dolních končetin u irreverzibilních lézí nervů způsobených frakturami pánve a acetabula. | cze |
