dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá vztahem teorií Jürgena Habermase a Jacquese Derridy. Nejprve se snažíme nastínit Habermasovo myšlení ve vztahu k první generaci kritické teorie, posléze jeho intersubjektivní pojetí komunikativní racionality a diskurzivní teorie tolerance a demokracie. V druhé části se snažíme upřesnit vztah Derridy a Habermase, abychom se poté pokusili odpovědět na otázku "Co je to dekonstrukce?", s důrazem na Derridovo pojetí traumatu ve fenoménu "11.září", tolerance a rozdílu mezi právem a spravedlností. Dále se snažíme nastínit eticko-politické konsekvence Derridova myšlení. V části třetí se pokusíme přiblížit intervenci Slavoje Žižka do dialogu Derridy s Habermasem, z pozice propojující "návrat k Hegelovi" a lacanovskou psychoanalýzu. Žižek v dialogu identifikuje překvapivou shodu, ohledně oddělení sféry etiky a politiky a "rezistenci k činu" a snaží se dokázat, jak se obě pozice navzájem vyžadují pro svou konzistenci. Ve svém pozdější pojetí "procesivní etiky" se jistým způsobem dostává zpět k Derridovu pojetí "nemožné" etiky a neuskutečnitelné spravedlnosti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with relationship between theories of Jürgen Habermas and Jacques Derrida. We try to begin with the outline of Habermas's thinking starting from his relationship with the first generation of Frankfurt School, afterwards we explain his conception of the intersubjective communicative racionality, and his discoursive theory of democracy and tolerance. In the second part, we try to present Derrida's answer to Habermas's critique, and then outline the answer to question "What is deconstruction"? This answer is elaborated with emphasis on Derrida's conceptions of the trauma, namely linked to phenomenon of 11th September 2001, the tolerance and the division between justice and law. We also try to outline ethico-political consequences of Derrida's thinking. In the third part, we try to describe Slavoj Žižek's intervention from his speculative position of ?return to hegelian metaphysics? influenced by lacanian psychoanalysis. He tries to prove, that Habermas's and Derrida's positions are "two sides of the same coin". Žižek's conception of "big act" is problematic, because of his later inclination to "processive ethics" which can be seen as a return to Derrida's "unpossible" ethics and impracticable justice .	eng
