dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou krajského zřízení. První kapitola se věnuje historii krajského zřízení na území ČR. V další části práce se čtenář seznámí s konstitutivními prvky kraje a se vztahy územních samospráv. Následuje stručná charakteristika Pardubického kraje, po které se již věnuje jednotlivým orgánům Pardubického kraje - zastupitelstvu, radě, hejtmanovi, krajskému úřadu a výborům a komisím kraje.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the thesis is regional constitution. The first chapter is devoted to the history of the regional constitution on the territory of the Czech Republic. In the next part reader is going to get acquainted with the constitutive elements of the region and mutual relations of the municipal authorities. A brief characterization of Pardubice region follows and then full attention is paid to the particular bodies of Pardubice region - the regional assembly, the president of the region, the regional authority, commitees and commissions of the region.	eng
