Pracovní poměr

Abstract

Téma této práce zní "Pracovní poměr". Práci lze rozdělit do dvou částí. V prní uvádím stávající právní úpravu v oblasti pracovního práva. Zavýbám se zde základními pojmy pracovního práva, vznikem, změnami, skončením a druhy pracovního poměru. Ve ruhé části jsem se zaměřil na Úřad práce v Jablonci nad Nisou, na jeho postavení a činnost v oblasti pracovního práva. Cílem této práce je podat ucelený pohled na pracovní poměr a to jak formou popisu teoretických východisek, tak jejich aplikací v praxi na vybraném úřadu práce.The subjekt of this work is " The working employment". The work can be separated into two parts. In the first part I write concerning law regulation in the area of working law. I will deal with the basic conceptions of work law, its origins, changes, termination and types of working emplowment. In the second part I am directing my attention to the Employment office in Jablonec nad Nisou, in it´s position an actions in its place of work law. The aim of this work is to give a coherent view of working relations with a theoretical description of their foundations and their application in practise at the selected employment office.
