dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o společenské prestiži všeobecných sester. Nejprve je zde představeno povolání všeobecné sestry a dále vysvětleno, co pojem společenská prestiž znamená. Následně jsou v teoretické části popsány hlavní faktory, které mohou prestiž sester ovlivňovat. Jedná se například o finanční ohodnocení sester, o zastoupení mužů v ošetřovatelství, ale i o vliv pandemie Covid-19. V dnešní době, kdy je celosvětový nedostatek všeobecných sester, se téma společenské prestiže profese stává velmi aktuálním. V bakalářské práci je proto pojednáno o způsobech, jak tuto profesi ještě více zatraktivnit pro novou generaci mladých lidí, která právě přichází na trh práce.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is about the social prestige of nurses. First, the profession of nurses is introduced and then is explained what the concept of social prestige means. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the main factors that can affect the prestige of nurses are described. This concerns, for example, the salary of nurses, the impact of men in nursing, but also the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nowadays, when there is a worldwide shortage of nurses, the topic of the social prestige of the profession becomes very actual. The bachelor thesis therefore discusses ways to make this profession even more attractive for the new generation of young people who are just entering the labor market.	eng
