Abstract

As fara s content is concerned the thesis concentrates on using social services by municipalities. In the theoretical part of the thesis we have described history of social services development from the point of actual legislation, development of social services development from the point of actual legislation, development of social services in transition from feudal administration to modern adminiostrative system.
