dc.description.abstract	Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Kommunikation in der Firma Tradeinvest, a.s. Zuerst werden die theoretischen Grundlagen der Kommunikation, des Kommunikationsprozesses, der Formen und der nonverbalen und interkulturellen Kommunikation erklärt. Im Folgenden wird die Aufmerksamkeit auf die interne und externe Kommunikation der Firma Tradeinvest, a.s. gerichtet und es werden die Beispiele der Kommunikation der Firma beigefügt. Weiter beschäftigt sich die Arbeit mit der interkulturellen Kommunikation und Kulturstandards der ausgewählten Länder. Zuletzt wird die Kommunikation innerhalb und außerhalb der Firma bewertet und es wird ein Verbesserungsvorschlag gemacht.	ger

Nejprve jsou vysvětleny teoretické základy komunikace, komunikačního procesu, forem, neverbální a interkulturní komunikace. Dále je pozornost zaměřena na interní a externí komunikaci firmy Tradeinvest, a.s. a a jsou zde přiloženy ukázky komunikace ve firmě. Dále se práce zabývá interkulturní komunikací a kulturními standardy vybraných zemí.
