dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má charakter teoreticko-průzkumné práce a zabývá se problematikou mentoringu v praxi porodních asistentek. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu mentoring, jeho význam v profesním rozvoji porodních asistentek, roli mentorky, její kompetence a vlastnosti a dále na faktory ovlivňující efektivitu mentoringového vztahu. Praktická část prostřednictvím kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje zkušenosti porodních asistentek v roli mentorek. Zaměřuje se na oblasti adaptace mentorovaných, vnímané přínosy a bariéry spojené s výkonem této role. Získané poznatky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení podpory mentorek a efektivity mentoringu v klinické praxi.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis is of a theoretical and exploratory nature and addresses the issue of mentoring in the practice of midwives. The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of mentoring, its importance in the professional development of midwives, the role of the mentor, her competences and personal qualities, as well as the factors influencing the effectiveness of the mentoring relationship. The practical part, using a quantitative questionnaire survey, explores the experiences of midwives in the role of mentors. It focuses on the areas of mentees' adaptation, perceived benefits, and barriers associated with performing this role. The findings may serve as a basis for improving mentor support and enhancing the effectiveness of mentoring in clinical practice.	eng
