Vedení a motivace pracovníků v Jablonex Group, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vedení a motivaci pracovníků v Jablonex Group, a. s. V první kapitole se autor na základě literární rešerše věnuje jednotlivým teoretickým přístupům k vedení pracovníků. Druhá kapitola pojednává o teoretických přístupech k motivaci pracovníků. Na začátku praktické části, tedy ve třetí kapitole, autor charakterizuje a nastiňuje historii Jablonex Group, a. s. Ve čtvrté kapitole následuje rozbor jednotlivých metod vedení a motivace pracovníků v této akciové společnosti. Na základě rozboru a literární rešerše v páté kapitole autor hodnotí současný stav vedení a motivace pracovníků v Jablonex Group, a. s. a následně navrhuje další možná zlepšení v této oblasti.

This thesis is aimed at the leading and motivation of employees of Jablonex Group, a. s. In the first chapter the author with use of literature search puts his brain to various theoretical attitudes towards leading of employees. The second chapter deals with theoretical attitudes towards motivation of employees. At the beginning of the practical part (chapter three) the author characterizes and describes the history of Jablonex Group, a. s. In the fourth chapter follows an analysis of various methods of leading and motivation in this joint-stock company. Basing on the analysis and literature search the author in the fifth chapter sums up the present state of leading and motivation of employees of Jablonex Group, a. s. and consequently suggests further possibilities of improvement in this sphere.
