dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium metabolismu lipidů u pacientů s diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje popisu inzulínové rezistence. Druhá část se zabývá onemocněním diabetes mellitus. Třetí část je zaměřena na lipidy, jejich klasifikaci, charakterizaci a transport v krevním oběhu. V závěru teoretické části je stručně popsán princip použité metody analýzy mastných kyselin. Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit množství mastných kyselin v plazmě diabetiků 2. typu a zdravých dárců a zjištění vlivu léčby metforminem na lipidové spektrum.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the study of lipid metabolism in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. The teoretical part at first deals with the description of insulin resistance. The second part deals with diabetes mellitus. The third part focuses on lipids, their classification, characterization and transport in the circulation of the blood. At the end of the theoretical part is briefly decribed the principle of the used method of analysis of fatty acids. The target of this thesis is to determine the amount of fatty acids in the plasma of type 2 diabetics and healthy donors and to determine the effect of treatment with metformin on the lipid spectrum.	eng
