dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část disertační práce se zabývá tvorbou bakteriálního biofilmu u patogenů vyskytujících se v potravinářském průmyslu, možnostmi jeho ovlivnění a metodami detekce. V části experimentální jsou shrnuty použité metody detekce biofilmu a metody pro rozlišení živých a mrtvých buněk. Některé metody byly nově zavedeny a optimalizovány. Pomocí vybraných metod byla sledována tvorba biofilmu u několika zástupců rodu Arcobacter, Campylobacter, Cronobacter, Staphylococcus a Listeria.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the thesis concerns with the formation of bacterial biofilm of pathogens found in food industry, possibilities of influencing biofilm and methods for its detection. In the experimental part are summarized methods for detection of biofilm, methods for distinguishing of died and viable cells. Some methods have been newly established and optimized. The formation of biofilm was monitored using methods for several species of the genus Arcobacter, Campylobacter, Cronobacter, Staphylococcus and Listeria.	eng
