dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce popisuje téma resocializace rodin s dítětem raného věku s postižením v kontextu ucelené rehabilitace. Je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je definována cílová skupina, ucelená rehabilitace, socializace a resocializace, jsou zde popsána podpůrná opatření pro cílovou skupinu a závěrečná část je věnována komparaci se zahraničím. Cílem práce je popsat problematiku resocializace rodiny s dítětem raného věku s postižením a zjistit průběh této resocializace v praxi. Empirická část se zaměřuje na zprostředkování získaných poznatků od poradců rané péče a rodin, které využívají nebo využívaly službu rané péče prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis describes the theme of re-socialization of families with a child early age with disabilities in the context of comprehensive rehabilitation. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the target group is defined, comprehensive rehabilitation, socialization and rehabilitation, are discussed support measures for the target group and the final section is devoted to a comparison with other countries. The aim is to describe the problems of re-socialization of families with children with disabilities early age and determine the course of the resocialization in practice. Empirical part is focused on facilitating lessons learned from early intervention counselors and families who use or benefit from early intervention services through interviews and their subsequent interpretation.	eng
