Analysis of the quality of airport infrastrutures and quality of service at major airports in the Republic of Namibia

Abstract

The thesis will analyze the current state of runways, ramps, terminals, passenger services, security and emergency services at four major airports in the Republic of Namibia. This paper aims to make comparisons and develop a multi-criteria analysis model to evaluate the gap in infrastructure quality and propose practical solutions that are equally attractive to airlines, passengers, resident businesses and logistics.
