Swot Analysis in Decision- Making Process of International Trade Payment Instruments

Abstract

The thesis talks about the use of swot analysis in decision making process to decide upon which financial payment instrument is less risky to use when paying for transactions. The author chose three commonly used financial payment instrument as alternatives, these are document collections, swift transfer and document credits. for criteria the author decided in four qualities ,theses are preparation time,execution time, cost and fraud. For analysis matlab and excel was used to compute for the various calculations.
