dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem deaktivace implantabilního kardioverteru-defibrilátoru (ICD). Teoretická část popisuje celistvé informace o přístroji ICD od jeho funkce až k procesu deaktivace, vysvětluje jednotlivé aspekty spojené s deaktivací ICD. Průzkumná část se věnuje popsání celého procesu deaktivace i samotné deaktivace ICD pohledem lékařů. Přináší poznatky, jaké lékaři podávají informace, u jakých pacientů se s deaktivací setkávají a zda pacienti dostávají, dle zkušenosti lékařů, neadekvátní výboje v závěrečné fázi života.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the topic of deactivation of an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD). The theoretical part describes comprehensive information about the ICD device, from the description of its function to the deactivation process, explains individual aspects associated with ICD deactivation. The exploratory part is dedicated to describing the entire deactivation process as well as the ICD deactivation itself from the point of view of doctors. It provides insights into what information doctors give, in which patients they encounter deactivation, and whether patients receive, according to doctors' experience, inadequate shocks in the final phase of life.	eng
