dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou neiontových tenzidů na bázi oxyethylenovaných acylglycerolů pomocí kapalinové chromatografie v systému s obrácenými fázemi a chromatografií hydrofilních interakcí. K tomu bylo využito třech typů detekce: refraktometrická, rozptylová a hmotnostní spektrometrie. Na základě hmotnostních spekter byly určeny série iontů, podle kterých se vzorky dále charakterizovaly.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is devoted to the analysis of nonionic surfactants based on oxyethylenated acylglycerols using liquid chromatography in a reversed phase system and chromatography of hydrophilic interactions. Three types of detection were used: refractometric, evaporative light scattering and mass spectrometry. A series of ions were determined based on the mass spectra, according to which the samples were further characterized.	eng
