| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do tří hlavních kapitol. V první části analyzuje současný stav, ve kterém seznamuje se společností Služby města Pardubic, a.s., její strukturou a činnostmi, které vykonává. Dále se zabývá vozovým parkem, který společnost pro realizování činností využívá. Ve druhé části seznamuje s problematikou analýzy nákladů. Je zde proveden výpočet celkových nákladů jednotlivých zkoumaných vozidel, dále se zabývá zlepšením současného stavu evidence údajů souvisejících s provozem vozidel a porovnává jednotlivá vozidla podle různých hledisek. Ve třetí části vyhodnocuje dosažené výsledky a navrhuje způsoby jak zlepšit současný stav. | cze |

The first part of the thesis includes an analysis of the actual status of the company Služby města Pardubic, a.s., its structure and business activities. It also deals with the company fleet used to carry out company's tasks and activities. The second part of the thesis contains an introduction into the cost analysis problems. The total cost of all studied cars has been calculated. It also deals with the improvement of the actual status of the data evidence concerning the car operation. Individual cars are also compared by various criteria. The third part of the thesis summarises an evaluation of achieved results. It also suggests ways of improvement of the actual status. | eng |
