dc.description.abstract	V této bakalářské práci je zkoumána problematika statistických testů, výběrových korelačních koeficientů a faktorové analýzy s důrazem na jejich aplikaci v psychometrii. Nejprve jsou popsány cíle psychometrie a její historie, důraz je kladen na výklad základů testování statistických hypotéz, včetně popisu parametrických a neparametrických testů a jejich použití v praxi. V teoretické části jsou krátce popsány konkrétní statistické testy, jako jsou McNemarův test, Cochranův Q-test, Mann-Whitneyův U-test, Friedmanův test a Kruskal-Wallisův test. Dále jsou zde prezentovány různé výběrové korelační koeficienty a z metod mnohorozměrné statistické analýzy je studována faktorová analýza společně s analýzou hlavních komponent (PCA). V navazující části je prezentován návrh a implementace aplikace pro psychometrické testování, která umožňuje praktické využití uvedených statistických metod. Celá práce je zaměřena na propojení teoretických znalostí s jejich praktickou aplikací v oblasti psychometrie.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis examines the issues of statistical tests, sample correlation coefficients and factor analysis with emphasis on their application in psychometrics. First, the goals of psychometrics and its history are described, and emphasis is placed on an explanation of the basics of statistical hypothesis testing, including a description of parametric and nonparametric tests and their use in practice. In the theoretical part, specific statistical tests such as the McNemar test, Cochran Q-test, Mann-Whitney U-test, Friedman test and Kruskal-Wallis test are briefly described. In addition, various sample correlation coefficients are presented, and among the multivariate statistical analysis methods, factor analysis is studied together with principal component analysis (PCA). In a follow-up section, the design and implementation of a psychometric testing application is presented, which enables the practical use of these statistical methods. The whole work is aimed at linking theoretical knowledge with its practical application in the field of psychometrics.	eng

Po nastudování literatury z oblasti psychometrie zvolil student několik statistických testů, které popsal v teoretické části práce a které zahrnul do vytvořené aplikace. Student po přednesení posudku vedoucího zodpověděl dotazy vedoucího bakalářské práce a reagoval na připomínky členů komise.	cze
