Abstrakt
This bachelor work concentrates on the forms of punishments in victorian public schools. Firstly, in order to understand the second part of the work there is mentioned a social and cultural context of victorian period. Then, the work is directly dedicated to the particular forms of the punishments, that are based on both the fiction and also on the non-fiction victorian literature.
