dc.description.abstract	Tato práce si klade za úkol seznámit čtenáře se stravováním při cestách do arktických oblastí, včetně příprav na danou cestu. Poukazuje na zdroje obživy, které tato oblast nabízí a na možnosti jejich využití. Mapuje oblast stravování jak z pohledu antropologického, tak i etnologického v historickém kontextu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	Migration of people on the Earth is influenced by many factors. Some of them are under the humans’ control; the others are a result of natural powers. One of the common features of any migration is the need to fulfil the basic biological needs of individuals during the move, the first of which is the alimentation. This work deals with the system of alimentation of those who travelled beyond the border of the Arctic area over the centuries.	eng
