dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o organizaci letecké společnosti - konkrétně Českých aerolinií, a.s. V první části lze nalézt popis různých forem organizační struktury firmy, dále způsob řízení holdingu a vyčleňování organizačních složek podniku. Další kapitola zahrnuje metodu optimalizace organizační struktury firmy (metoda používaná poradenskou firmou CONSULTING PARTNERS). Druhá polovina práce se už týká přímo ČSA. Je v ní charakterizována současná struktura ČSA a několika dalších evropských leteckých společností. Následuje důkladná analýza organizační struktury ČSA a návrh na změny. Z provedené analýzy vyplývá závěr, že určité kroky k decentralizaci jsou vhodné.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the problem of the organization of the airline - Czech airlines in particular. At the beginning you will find the description of various organization structures of a company, holding management and the outsourcing of company components. Secondly there is a description of the outsourcing method used by the consultancy firm CONSULTING PARTNERS. The rest of the thesis deals with CSA. There you read about the present organization structure of Czech Airlines and several European airlines (such as British Airways, KLM, Swissair and so on). The last part is devoted to the analysis of CSA structure and suggestion of some changes. The conclusion: Some steps towards the decentralization would be very useful.eng
