dc.description.abstract	The aim of the thesis is to provide a thorough overview of the factors that influence Information System implementation success and to verify whether these factors are critical to the success in a real company. The study identifies key factors of IS implementation success through a systematic literature review of papers published between the years 2000 2016 on CSFs. The research study follows the process of categorizing the CSFs under four domains (Social System, Technical System, Project Specifics and External Factors). The results of the findings will help verify whether it be used in a practical case.	eng
dc.description.abstract-translated	Tato práce poskytuje důkladný přehled o faktorech, které ovlivňují úspěch informačního systému, a ověřuje, zda jsou tyto faktory kritické pro úspěch skutečné společnosti. Účelem tohoto výzkumu jsou klíčové faktory úspěchu implementace IS prostřednictvím systematického přehledu literatury publikované v letech 2000 - 2016 o CSFs. Diplomová práce sleduje proces klasifikace CSFs ve čtyřech oblastech (Sociální systém, Technický systém, Specifika projektu a Externí faktory). Ověření významu CSFs bylo provedeno pomocí dotazníkového šetření.	cze
dc.description.defence	Student presented results of his master thesis regarding Evaluation of information system success in particular organization. There were read the reports of the opponent and the supervisor. There were asked questions of the opponent: How were CFSs categorized into the four domains (see page 27)? It seems that some of the project specifics CSFs can overlap with the social system CSFs. Why are national and international legal systems not included? Explain the last sentence of chapter 4.4, i.e. clearly express what the conclusion of the Chisquare analysis is. Correlation between COM and ILS is 1 (see table 5). How is it covered by the conclusion of the Chi-square analysis? The committee asked the following questions: Did you assess the impact of individual factors? Does the impact correlate with the frequency of occurrence? Student has answered the questions.	eng
