dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je restrukturalizace zemědělského podniku s využitím podpory z veřejných zdrojů. První část textu se zaměřuje na vymezení a charakteristiku pojmů podnik a restrukturalizace podniku. Druhá část práce upozorňuje na současný stav sektoru zemědělství České republiky a jednotlivé možnosti jeho podpory veřejnými prostředky. V třetí části jsou aplikovány zjištěné poznatky na činnosti konkrétního zemědělského podniku a jsou navrhovány změny v rámci procesu restrukturalizace s využitím veřejné podpory, které by vedly ke zlepšení jeho finanční situace a postavení na trhu. Cílem této diplomové práce tedy je seznámení s vybranými charakteristikami podniku a podnikové restrukturalizace, dále analýza českého zemědělství a jeho podpory a následně navržení změn v rámci restrukturalizace konkrétního zemědělského podniku za pomoci veřejných zdrojů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this thesis is the restructuring of the farm with support from public sources. The first part focuses on the identification and characterization of the company and business restructuring. The second section highlights the current state of Czech agriculture sector and the various possibilities of its support of public sources. In the third part the findings are applied to the activities of a particular farm, and are designed to change the restructuring process with the use of public support, which would lead to an improved financial situation and market position. The aim of this thesis therefore is to learn with the selected firm characteristics and business restructuring, further analysis of the Czech agriculture and its support, and then propose changes in the specific context of the restructuring of the farm with the help of public sources.	eng
