dc.description.abstract	V této práci byly analyzovány tenzidy na bázi oxyethylenovaných mastných alkoholů pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie. Cílem práce byla analýza nízkých koncentrací těchto tenzidů ve vzorcích povrchových vod. Pro zpracování vzorků před analýzou byla použita extrakce tuhou fází a derivatizace. Oxyethylenované mastné alkoholy byly stanoveny pomocí HPLC analýzy s využitím gradientové eluce. K detekci byl použit UV-VIS detektor. Výsledky jednotlivých metod byly porovnány a diskutovány.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	In this thesis surfactants based on fatty alcohols oxyethylenates were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The aim of this thesis was to analyze low concentrations of these surfractants in samples of ground water. For sample pretreatment, the SPE method followed with derivatization was used. Derivatized oxyethylenated fatty alcohols were determined by HPLC analysis with gradient elution. The UV-VIS detector was used for detection of the samples. The results of each method were compared and discussed.	eng
