dc.description.abstract	Decision making belongs to the key roles of a manager. Decision making is based on informations. Each information contains some amount of entropy. In strategic management the entropy grows with the time horizon that the decision of the manager has to cover. In order to decrease the entropy of information, prognostic algorithms are used. They refine on the information which is used in decision making. The more exact the information is, the higher is the efficiency of the management.	eng
