dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na cizí tělesa u dětí v oblasti otorinolaryngologie. V teoretické části je popsána problematika cizích těles v oblasti otorinolaryngologie a možnosti prevence a první pomoci z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Ve výzkumné části byl vytvořen přehled v pětiletém období (2009-2013) výskytu, druhu a nutnosti lékařského ošetření cizích těles u dětí ve věku 018 let v nemocnici krajského typu retrospektivně. Výzkum byl doplněn nestandardizovaným dotazníkem, který zjišťoval znalosti rodičů v oblasti prevence. Na základě získaných výsledků byl pro rodiče dětí vytvořen edukační materiál o prevenci, výskytu a první pomoci u cizích těles v oblasti otorinolaryngologie.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on foreign objects in children in ENT area. In a theoretical part, there is explained the issue of foreign objects in ENT area, and the prevention and first aid from the perspective of nurses. In a practical part, there is described an overview of the occurence, type and requirement for medical treatment of foreign objects in children. The age of the children differs from 0 to 18 years old. Also, the overview was created in a regional hospital in the period of five years (2009 - 2013) retrospectively. The research was completed by a non-standardized questionnaire, which was focused on the parent's knowledge in the field of prevention. Based on the obtained results, there was created educational material for the parents about the prevention, occurrence and first aid in foreign objects in children in ENT area.	eng
