dc.description.abstract	Obsahem práce je zmapování alternativních trestů podle platné právní úpravy a dostupné literatury. Detailně se zaměřuje na nově zavedený institut trestu domácího vězení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis systému alternativních trestů, včetně nezbytných souvislostí. Zejména se jedná o účel a funkci trestu obecně, koncept restorativní justice, činnost Probační a mediační služby, zahraniční zkušenosti s trestem domácího vězení Výzkumná část přináší pohled na trest domácího vězení očima odborníků z praxe. Uvedené případové studie přiblíží čtenářům konkrétní příklady uloženého trestu domácího vězení.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The content of the work is to map the alternative punishments in accordance with the current legislation and the available literature. Work is focused in closer to the new institute of home arrest. The work is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the description of alternative punishments, including the important circumstances. Especially the purpose and function of the punishment, the concept of restorative justice, the Probation and Mediation Service, foreign experience with the punishment of home arrest. Practical part offers the insight into home arrest through the eyes of the experts from practice. The case study approach to readers concrete examples of the punishment of home arrest.	eng
