dc.description.abstractPráce zkoumá příčiny defektního lomu nově vyvíjené nízkouhlíkové oceli na lité součásti kolejového svršku. Materiál byl hodnocen z hlediska metalografického i fraktografického. Obsahuje kontrolu čistoty materiály s následným hodnocením zjištěných vměstků chemickou a spektrální analýzou, dále pak výsledky mechanických a defektoskopických zkoušek. Na základě jednotlivých šetření pak předkládá navrhovaná opatření k dané výzkumné úloze.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with the causes of breaking in case of the cast part of permanent way made of recently developmental law-carbon steel. The material was investigated from the metallographic and fractographic point of view. Purity testing and subsequent evaluation of present inclusions by means of chemical and spectral analysis as well as the mechanical non-destructive testing were carried out. The succession of measures proposed on account of the particular investigations is submitted by way of conclusion.eng

Das Material wurde aus dem Sicht der Metallographie und Fraktographie bewertet. Der Beitrag urnfasst eine Reinheitskontrolle des Materials mit der nachfolgenden Bewertung der durch eine spektral- und chemischen Analyse festgestellten Einlagerungen. Weiter werden die Ergebnisse der mechanischen und defektoskopischen Testen bewerten. Auf Grund der einzelnen Feststellungen werden die entworfenen Massnahme zu dieser Forschungsaufgabe vorgelegt.ger
