dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice pojistných podvodů. Práce je rozdělena do několika celků. První teoretická část práce je věnována základní charakteristice, klasifikaci a vzniku pojistného podvodu. Druhá teoretická část se zabývá druhy pojistných podvodů a právní úpravou. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu pojistných podvodů. Praktická část kromě analýzy zahrnuje metody odhalování (vyšetřování) a závěr diplomové práce se věnuje opatřením pro boj s pojistnými podvody.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of insurance fraud. The work is divided into several units. The first theoretical part of the work is devoted to the basic characteristics, classification, and the emergence of insurance fraud. The second theoretical part deals with the types of insurance fraud and legislation. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was an analysis of insurance fraud. The practical part of the analysis includes methods of detection (of the investigation) and the conclusion of the thesis is devoted to measures to combat insurance fraud.	eng
