dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl nalézt a popsat problémy, které souvisejí s prací sestry mentorky v péči o dlouhodobé cévní vstupy. Teoretická část přibližuje, jak tuto problematiku reflektuje česká i zahraniční odborná literatura. Výzkumná část představuje kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na analýzu čtrnácti rozhovorů prostřednictvím obsahové analýzy textu se sestrami mentorkami v oblasti cévních vstupů, identifikuje jednotlivé problémy (rekanylace, špatně proškolený personál, výskyt komplikací, bariéry při školení). Na závěr budou tyto problémy srovnané s dostupnou odbornou literaturou formou diskuse.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis aims to find and describe problems related to the work of a mentor nurse in the care of long-term vascular access. The theoretical part describes how this issue is reflected in Czech and foreign professional literature. The research part presents qualitative research focused on the analysis of fourteen interviews through content analysis of text with nurses mentors in the field of vascular access, identifies individual problems (recannulation, poorly trained staff, occurrence of complications, barriers during training). Finally, these problems will be compared with the available professional literature in the form of a discussion.	eng
