dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikačními kompetencemi studentů oboru Radiologický asistent. Práce vymezuje základy mezilidské komunikace a komunikačních dovedností a podrobněji se zabývá komunikací zdravotnických pracovníků s pacienty a komunikací zdravotnických pracovníků v rámci týmu. Vyhodnocena je komunikační průprava studentů oboru radiologický asistent. V praktické části je zkoumáno sebehodnocení studentů ve vztahu ke komunikačním dovednostem. Ke zjištění výsledků jsou využity polostrukturované rozhovory.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the communication competencies of students in the field of radiology assistance. The thesis defines the basics of interpersonal communication and communication skills and deals in more detail with the communication of healthcare professionals with patients and the communication of healthcare professionals within the team. Valued is the communication training of students in radiology assistance. The practical part examines student's self-evaluation in relation to communication skills. Semi-structured interviews are used to find the results.	eng
