dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Spektrum klientů ošetřovaných v agenturách domácí péče se zaměřením na soběstačnost. Jedná se o teoreticko-výzkumnou práci. Teoretická část obsahuje definici domácí péče, cíle a výhody domácí péče, služby poskytované v rámci domácí péče, základní charakteristiku péče o nemocné, soběstačnost a její význam. Výzkumná část obsahuje stanovené výzkumné otázky, výsledky jednotlivých otázek z anonymního dotazníku a výsledky Barthelova testu základních všedních činností. Výzkum byl prováděn v Pardubicích, Hradci Králové a Havlíčkově Brodě. Úkolem bylo zjistit aktuální spektrum klientů ADP, soběstačnost klientů ADP a vliv soběstačnosti na činnostmi spjaté s péčí sester ADP. Výsledky výzkumu jsou znázorněny pomocí grafů a tabulek.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of my Bachelor's degree thesis is the "Spectrum of clients who are treated through home care agencies with the aim of their self-sufficiency". This is a theoretical-research thesis. The theoretical portion of this thesis defines the concept of home care, outlines its aims and benefits, and discusses the services provided within its framework. With the aspects of home care clearly presented, this thesis goes on to examine the characteristics of convalescence, considers the concept of self-sufficiency and ultimately, demonstrates the significance of home care in the attainment of self-sufficiency. The research portion of this thesis first establishes and defines the pertinent research questions. It goes on to depict and analyze the results of these questions, administered via an anonymous questionnaire, and the results of an application of Barthel´s test of basic everyday activities. The research was conducted in the towns of Pardubice, Hradec Králové and Havlíčkův Brod. The aim of the research was to determine the current spectrum of clients of HCA, their self-sufficiency, and the impact of self-sufficiency on the actinities inherent to HCA nurses´care. The results of the research are demonstrated through the use of various diagrams and charts.	eng
