dc.description.abstractObsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza hospodaření Ministerstva obrany České republiky. Zkoumané časové období bylo určeno na 5 let, tedy období let 2002 až 2006. Předmětem výzkumu je rozpočtová kapitola číslo 307 (MO ČR). Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá historickým vývojem MO ČR, kompetencemi MO ČR a jeho organizační strukturou. Druhá kapitola zachycuje mezinárodní spolupráci MO ČR, a to zejména se státy NATO, OSN a EU. Ve třetí kapitole je rozebrána reforma ozbrojených sil České republiky a její dopady na Ministerstvo obrany ČR a Armádu ČR. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o vývoji příjmů a výdajů MO ČR. Pátá kapitola obsahuje komparaci obranných výdajů členských států NATO. Poslední, tedy šestá kapitola se zabývá komparací hospodaření Ministerstva obrany České republiky a Slovenské republiky.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor work deals with the management of Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. The surveyed five years´ time period was given among the years 2002 and 2006. The subject of this research is budget chapter number 307 (Defence Ministry of the Czech Republic). The work is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is engaged in the historical development, competences and organisation structure of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. The second chapter introduces the international cooperation of the Ministry of Defence with NATO, OSN and EU. The third chapter analysis the reform of the armed forces of the Czech Republic and its consequences on the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic and on the army of the Czech Republic. In the fourth chapter the receipts and expanditures of the Ministry are presented. The fifth chapter compares the expanditures on defence of the member countries of NATO. The last chapter compares the management of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic and of the Slovakia.eng
