dc.description.abstract	Diese Abschlussarbeit befasst sich mit den Organisationsstrukturen in einer Firma und der Schwerpunkt stellt die Qualitätsabteilung dar. Im theoretischen Teil werden unterschiedliche Systeme und Formen mit ihren Vor- und Nachteilen aufgezählt und auch andere mit dieser Problematik zusammenhängende Faktoren erläutert. Nachfolgend werden die Grundsätze des Qualitätsmanagaments klar gemacht. Der praktische Teil beschreibt die theoretischen Kenntnisse in einem konkreten Beispiel, wo aufgrund persönlicher Gespräche oder schriftlicher Kommunikation von dem Qualitätsleiter erworbene Informationen zum Ausdruck gebracht werden.	ger
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with company organization structures and is focused on quality management. In the theoretical section, there is a description of particular systems and forms of organization structures, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. The following part is concerned with principles of quality management. The practical part of the work shows the findings from the theoretical section on the concrete example of the company CeramTec Czech Republic Ltd. where the information, acquired from personal interviews or written communication with the Head of Quality Management.	eng
