Krizový potenciál Libereckého kraje

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám v obecné rovině krizovým managementem s aplikací na Krizový potenciál Libereckého kraje. V teoretické části vymezuji krizový management a možné vznikající mimořádné události. Dále popisuji působení a činnost základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému ČR. V praktické části se zabývám samotným popisem infrastruktury Libereckého kraje. Definuji jednotlivé mimořádné události vznikající na území kraje včetně možného způsobu jejich řešení pomocí složek Integrovaného záchranného systému ČR. Hlavním cílem je popsat vznikající mimořádné události na území Libereckého kraje, ukázat na silné a slabé stránky jejich řešení a navrhnout nová.

My dissertation provides general information of the crisis management as applied to the Crisis potential of the Liberecky Region (CZ). The theoretical part gives a definition of crisis management and the possible critical incidents. It also describes the competence and activity of the primary components of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the infrastructure of the Liberecky Region and provides definitions of each type of incident occurring within the territory of the administrative region, including possibilities of the resolution with the involvement of the components of the Integrated Rescue System of the CR. The key target is to describe the incidents occurring in the Liberecky Region, show the weak and strong side of the resolutions and propose new ways of resolving the incidents.
