| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá dnešní veřejnou kontrolou v České republice. Vyjmenovává zákony, které jsou základem této problematiky. Konkrétně práce charakterizuje institut přezkoumání hospodaření obce, jeho právní úpravu, podstatu, předmět přezkoumání, subjekty, které jsou přezkoumávány a které přezkoumání provádí a v neposlední řadě zprávy, které jsou výsledkem přezkoumání a následně obsahem závěrečných účtů obcí. Praktická část porovnává jednotlivé druhy výsledných zpráv, jejich věcnou správnost dle zákona o přezkoumání hospodaření a Auditorské směrnice č. 52. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is occupied with the public check-up in the Czech Republic. It specifies the laws which are basic of these problems. Particularly the thesis characterizes (defines, describes) the institute of the revision (recision, review) of the corporation management, its juristic enactment, the essence, the object of the check up (revision), the subjects which are checked up and which carry out the check up and last not least the reports which are the results of the checking up and consequently the content of the closing accounts of the corporations. Practical part compares particular (individual) kinds of the resulting reports, their factual accuracy according to the Management Deliberation Law and the Audit Direction number 52. | eng |
