Dopad organizované trestné činnosti na ekonomiku ČR

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Dopad organizované trestné činnosti na ekonomiku ČR‘‘ je popsat vznik a minulost organizovaného zločinu ve světě, jeho postupný vývoj ve společnosti a v neposlední řadě i jeho prorůstání do ekonomik všech států světa. První část se věnuje historickému pozadí, jež vedlo k vytvoření prvních organizovaných ilegálních skupin a jejich postupné přeměně na organizované zločinecké organizace, které ztratily všechny ideje provázející jejich vznik. Ve druhé části je popsaná činnost organizovaného zločinu na území bývalého Československa a hlavně masivní průnik zahraničních zločineckých skupin po pádu tzv. „Železné opony‘‘. Charakter jednotlivých trestných činů organizovaného zločinu a jejich dopad na ekonomiku České republiky je rozebrán ve třetí části.

The target of the „The Organized Crime and its Effect on the Czech Republic Economy‘‘ bachelor’s thesis is to describe the origin and the history of the organized crime in the world, its gradual evolution in the society and also last but not least its intergrowth in the economy systems of all the world’s countries. The first part deals with the historical background that resulted in a formation of the first organized illegal groups and their gradual conversion into the organized criminous organizations that have lost all their ideas accompanying their origin. The second part describes the activity of the organized crime at the territory of the former Czechoslovakia and especially a massive penetration of the foreign criminal groups after a fall of the so-called „Iron Curtain‘‘. The analysis of the single offences of the organized crime and their effect on the economy of the Czech republic is made in the third part.
