dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na představení hlavních argumentů pro práva zvířat z hlediska filosofických teorií od Petera Singera a Toma Regana. V práci jsou popsány pohledy obou filosofů na to, jak by podle nich měla vypadat práva zvířat. Práce se rovněž věnuje srovnání utilitaristické koncepce od Singera s Reganovou teorií práv zvířat. Poslední část textu práce prošetřuje, zda se určitým způsobem projevují argumenty od Singera a Regana ve znění právních norem na ochranu zvířat proti týrání v České republice.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on presenting the main arguments for animal rights in terms of the philosophical theories of Peter Singer and Tom Regan. The thesis describes both philosophers' views on what they think animal rights should look like. The thesis also compares Singer's utilitarian conception with Regan's theory of animal rights. The last part of the text of the thesis investigates whether Singer's and Regan's arguments are in some way reflected in the wording of legal norms for the protection of animals against cruelty in the Czech Republic.	eng
