| dc.description.abstract | Příspěvek pojednává o využití reminiscenční terapie u seniorů, kteří jsou klienty rezidenčních zařízení sociálních služeb. V úvodní části představujeme teoretický základ pojednávající o reminiscenční terapii a možnostech jejího využití v rezidenčních zařízeních pro seniory. Dále je řešena metodika výzkumného šetření, kdy bylo pro získání dat využito kvantitativního výzkumného šetření dotazníkovou formou s následným zpracováním dat za užití popisné statistiky. Při vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že pro klienty je trénování paměti velmi důležité. Reminiscence neboli reminiscenční terapie záměrně pracuje se vzpomínkami seniorů s cílem procvičit kognitivní funkce, navodit dobrou náladu a radost s tím, že traumatizujících témat, která klient sděluje, se dotýká pouze v případech, kdy si toto klienti sami přejí. V mnoha domovech pro seniory jsou užívány prvky reminiscenční terapie, avšak většina zkoumaných zařízení pořádá reminiscenční setkání spíše nepravidelně a v omezené míře. Mezi významné závěry našeho šetření patří zejména pozitivní hodnocení reminiscenční terapie seniory jako příjemného, obohacujícího zážitku a oblíbeného aktivizačního programu. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The paper deals with the use of reminiscence therapy in the elderly, who are clients of residential facilities in social services. In the introductory part we present the theoretical basis of the matter of the special therapy and possibilities of its usage in residential facilities for the elderly. Furthermore, it is dealt with the methodology of the research investigation, when we used a quantitative research survey questionnaire form with the subsequent processing of the data using descriptive statistics. In the evaluation of the results of the research investigation it was found that the memory training is very important for the clients. Reminiscence therapy consciously works with memories of the seniors in order to practice the cognitive functions, induce a good mood and pleasure with the fact that the traumatic topics, which the client communicates, touches only in cases where the clients themselves wish. There are elements of the reminiscence therapy used in many homes for the elderly, however, the most of studied facilities organizes its reminiscence meetings rather irregularly to a limited extent. Among the significant conclusions of our investigation include, in particular, a positive evaluation of the special therapy by seniors as a pleasant, enriching experience and favorite activating program. | eng |
