dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá obecným popisem problematiky ochrany obyvatelstva a mimořádných událostí. Další část práce obsahuje porovnání mimořádných událostí v jednotlivých okresech a možnosti prevence. Dále je popsán kraj Vysočina a na základě dostupných dat je provedena jeho analýza připravenosti na mimořádné události v kraji Vysočina. Na závěr jsou formulovány hlavní poznatky a doporučení.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The master's thesis in the first part deals with the general description of the protection of the population and with the description of the special event emergency. Next part of the thesis is dedicated to a comparison of the special events in particular districts and to the possibilities of prevention in the region. Then there is described the Region of Vysočina and on the basis of available data, there is made the analysis of emergency preparedness in this region. In the conclusion there are formulated the main findings and recommendations.	eng
