dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá základní problematikou interního auditu, kde je popisován externí audit, interní audit, vnitřní kontrola a vztah mezi externím a interním auditem. Dále pak diplomová práce charakterizuje základní rysy ČD a analyzuje úroveň interního auditu ČD. Na závěr práce jsou navrženy hlavní směry ke zvýšení interního auditu ČD a stanovení budoucnosti této kolosální organizace.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn theoretical part of my thesis we can learn about basic problems of internal audit. In addition to this, there are also described terms such as external audit, internal audit, internal contral and relationship between external and internal audit. This work also characterizes elementary features of the Czech Railways and analyses the standard of internal audit of the Czech Railways. The conclusion of my work contains suggestions leading to the increase of internal audit of the Czech Railways and to setting the future of this colossal organization.eng
