dc.description.abstractThis article introduces an integrative framework of the information system (IS) success. The success of information systems is one of the most studied topics in IS research; however, there are many different views on this topic, which makes understanding complicated. There are three main questions related to IS success evaluation – how, when, and who, should evaluate IS success. As the response to these questions, we introduce a novel view on this topic by an integrative framework that consolidates knowledge about IS success covering three points of view: 1) time dimension, 2) assignment of stakeholders, and 3) success metrics.eng
dc.description.abstract-translatedTento článek představuje integrační rámec úspěchu informačního systému (IS). Úspěch informačních systémů je jedním z nejvíce studovaných témat ve výzkumu IS; na toto téma však existuje mnoho různých pohledů, což komplikuje porozumění. Existují tři hlavní otázky související s hodnocením úspěšnosti IS - jak, kdy a kdo by měl hodnotit úspěch IS. Jako odpověď na tyto otázky představujeme nový pohled na toto téma prostřednictvím integračního rámce, který konsoliduje znalosti o úspěchu IS pokrývající tři úhly pohledu: 1) časový rozměr, 2) přiřazení zúčastněných stran a 3) metriky úspěchu.cze
