dc.description.abstract	Studentka v teoretické části charakterizuje pojmy jako inkluze, integrace a inkluzivní vzdělávání obecně. Bude se zabývat charakteristikou žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Dále se bude zabývat rolí asistenta pedagoga ve vyučování. Objasní jeho kvalifikační předpoklady, kompetence a náplň práce. Bude se snažit přiblížit problematiku inkluzivního vzdělávání z hlediska legislativního ukotvení. V praktické části studentka charakterizuje výzkumný problém, který bude zkoumat pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, pomocí rozhovorů, které bude provádět s asistenty pedagoga a učiteli. Výzkumné šetření obohatí svými poznatky z pozorování. Pro celkovou přehlednost práce vytvoří případové studie. Cílem bude zjištění, jakou roli hraje asistent pedagoga v inkluzivním vzdělávání, jaké změny přinesla ve vyučování novela školského zákona.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on terms such as inclusion, integration and inclusive education. Characterizations of the students with specific educational needs will be closely examined. It also describes the role of a pedagogical assistant in the process of teaching, his or her qualification, competence and the description of the job. Special attention will be paid to problematics of the inclusive education from the legislative point of view. The analytical part of the thesis characterizes the research problem described with the help of qualitative research, interviews with pedagogical assistants and teachers. Comments will be added by the researcher based on experiences gained through observations. Cohesion of the thesis will be ensured by case studies. The main goal of the thesis is a description of the role of a pedagogical assistant in inclusive education and what changes the novelizationof the Educational Act hasbrought to the educational process.	eng
