dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelská péče u pacientů po transplantaci kostní dřeně. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-praktickou. V teoretické části je popsaná anatomie kostní dřeně, historie, druhy transplantací kostní dřeně, indikace a způsoby odběru kostní dřeně. Dále je zde uvedena péče o dárce před a po odběru kostní dřeně. V neposlední řadě je zde uvedena i péče o pacienta a komplikace, jaké se mohou u pacienta vyskytnout, jejich prevence a život po transplantaci. V úvodu praktické části byly použity statistické údaje z Národního registru dárců kostní dřeně. Zásadní část praktické části bakalářské práce tvoří tři kazuistiky. První pojednává o ošetřovatelské péči u pacienta před transplantací kostní dřeně, druhá kazuistika přiblíží péči o pacienta bezprostředně po transplantaci kostní dřeně a třetí popisuje život pacienta dva roky po prodělané transplantaci a jeho rekonvalescenci	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with The Nursing care of patients after a bone marrow transplantation. In the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis there is a description of a bone marrow anatomy, its history, different kinds of marrow transplantation and also types of aspiration. Further on I deal with a topic the care of the donor before and after bone marrow aspiration. Last but not least I mention possibilities of various complications which can appear during the process, their prevention and way of life after the transplantation. At the beginning of the practical part I used statistical data gained from the National Bone Marrow Donor Register. The main practical part of my bachelor thesis consists of 3 case studies. The first one deals with the nursing care of the patient before the bone marrow transplantation. The second one clarifies the nursing care of patient after the transplant and the last case depicts the life reconvalescence of the patient two years after the transplantation.	eng
