dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem krizové intervence formou peer podpory ve zdravotnictví. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na historii a vývoj peer podpory, krizovou intervenci, psychosociální péči, stres a vyhoření u zdravotnických pracovníků. Praktická část analyzuje postoj zdravotníků k využívání peer podpory ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení na základě dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky ukazují nízkou míru využívání peer podpory, ale zároveň potvrzují její vnímaný význam jako možného nástroje prevence syndromu vyhoření. Diskuze se opírá o porovnání zjištění s odbornou literaturou a identifikuje hlavní bariéry, které brání efektivnímu využití peer systému. dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of crisis intervention in the form of peer support inhealthcare. The theoretical part explores the history and development of peer support, crisis intervention, psychosocial care, and the issues of stress and burnout among healthcare professionals. The practical part analyzes the attitudes of healthcare workers towards the use of peer support in a selected healthcare facility, based on a questionnaire survey. The results indicate a low level of peer support utilization, but at the same time confirm its perceived importance as a potential tool for preventing burnout syndrome.
