dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je věnována finanční analýze firmy VPS, a.s. Rosice. První část charakterizuje současný stav firmy, kterou jsem se zabýval. V druhé části je nejprve popsána teorie finanční analýzy, na kterou navazuje analytická část s vlastními výpočty poměrových ukazatelů za období let 2002 až 2006. Na základě těchto výpočtů byly ve třetí části výsledky zhodnoceny a byla navržena optimalizační opatření na zlepšení finančního hospodaření.cze

The first part details the present state of the company whereas the second part describes the financial analysis theory and is accompanied by my own ratio index calculations from the period 2002 until 2006. Based on the results of my evaluations, in the third part of my thesis, I have proposed actions to be taken in order to improve and optimise the financial management of the company.eng
