dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá intenzitou pooperační bolesti. V teoretické části přibližuje problematiku akutní pooperační bolesti, vliv na jednotlivé orgánové soustavy, její hodnocení a možnosti tlumení bolesti. V průzkumné části zjišťuje intenzitu pooperační bolesti během čtyřiadvaceti hodin a spokojenost pacientů s jejím tišením. Dále se zajímá o pacientovu očekávanou a skutečně prožitou bolest. Ukázalo se, že v čase 8 hodin po operaci dosahuje intenzita bolesti nejvyšších čísel a u velké části respondentů je nedostatečně tišena. Přesto byla většina pacientů s léčbou jejich pooperační bolesti spokojena.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the intensity of postoperative pain. The theoretical part approaches the issue of acute postoperative pain, the effect on individual organ systems, its evaluation and the possibility of pain relief. In the exploratory part, it determines the intensity of postoperative pain within twenty-four hours and the satisfaction of patients with its relief. He is also interested in the patient's expected and actual pain. It turned out that in the time of 8 hours after the operation the pain intensity reaches the highest numbers and in a large part of the respondents it is insufficiently controlled. Nevertheless, most patients were satisfied with the treatment of their postoperative pain.	eng
